What's Cooking: Chicken and Mushrooms in White Wine

Although it looks really basic, this may be my favorite recipe I've made so far. It wasn't too heavy and it was really flavorful. Also, it didn't take too long, which is always a plus.

(chopped garlic, mushrooms, rosemary and scallions)

I ended up using fewer scallions than the recipe called for because Flannel Man kept eating them off my cutting board.
